We produce optical windows, mirrors, filters, beam splitters, optical flats, wafers, plates, and custom flat optics. Available in round, square, rectangular, and custom shapes up to 300mm diameter.
Our standard flatness is λ/4 PV per 100mm at 633nm for Commercial grade. Precision grade achieves λ/10 PV, and High Precision grade reaches λ/20 PV, both specified per 100mm aperture. We provide Zygo interferometer test reports for high-precision orders.
We offer windows in BK7, fused silica (UV to IR), sapphire (high durability), CaF2 (UV to IR transmission), ZnSe (IR), Si (MWIR), Ge (LWIR), and various filter glasses. Yes, we provide a full range of coatings including anti-reflective (AR), high-reflective (HR), partially reflective, bandpass filters, notch filters, polarizing, dichroic, and ITO conductive coatings. Coatings are available for UV through far-IR wavelengths.
Yes. We design and manufacture pressure-rated optical windows for vacuum chambers, underwater systems, and high-pressure environments. We can perform pressure testing and provide strength calculations based on your specifications.
