We manufacture all standard types of spherical lenses including plano-convex, biconvex, plano-concave, biconcave, meniscus, and achromatic doublets. We also produce custom configurations such as triplets and cemented assemblies to your specifications.
We work with a wide range of optical materials including BK7, fused silica (UV-grade and IR-grade), CaF2, MgF2, sapphire, ZnSe, Si, Ge, and various optical glasses from Schott, Ohara, and CDGM. Material selection depends on your wavelength range and environmental requirements.
Prototype quantities (1–10 pieces) typically ship in 2–3 weeks. Production volumes (100+ pieces) take 4–6 weeks depending on complexity, coating requirements, and tolerance specifications. Rush service is available for urgent projects.
Our standard surface quality is 40/20 scratch-dig per MIL-PRF-13830B (Commercial grade), with Precision grade at 20/10 and High Precision grade at 10/5. Surface form deviation follows the same three grades: 1.0 wave PV (Commercial), λ/4 PV (Precision), and λ/20 PV (High Precision) at 633nm.
Yes, we offer a full range of thin-film coatings including single-layer MgF2, multi-layer broadband AR, V-coatings, and laser-line coatings. We can coat for UV, visible, NIR, and IR wavelength ranges per your requirements.
